By accessing and using BizGap, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our platform.
BizGap is a B2B automation and prospecting software. We aggregate public local business data using search engines and analyze digital presences. We do not guarantee the accuracy, currency, or completeness of data returned by third-party APIs (such as Google).
BizGap is a subscription service billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your user dashboard. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the period already paid.
The limits set in each plan (searches and leads) must be respected. The use of automated scripts, external bots, or attempts to bypass API limits will result in immediate account suspension without prior notice.
BizGap is not responsible for the user's use of the information obtained. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that their commercial contacts (cold outreach) comply with local anti-spam legislation.
